Heat Exchangers are quite common in the industry; be it a Cooling System or a Condenser, this equipment is of high value; the performance of the equipment is dependent upon its condition and maintenance. Such equipment is exposed to harsh corrosive environment; in addition, the water in Israel contains high level of calcium and other deposits which affect the equipment efficiency. Surface preparation:

Prior to applying an Industrial Coating process, a thorough surface preparation process should be performed; the surface must be clean of old paint, grease or dirt. To obtain best coating results, the surface should be prepared to SA 2.5 roughness STD; this can be obtained by means of sand blast or water blast. The work is supervised by a Certified NACE Inspector
